Like a Seed Full of Potential
We are all like seeds full of potential that are expected to grow as plants and be productive to society. The uniqueness of each seed is such that it requires unique care. How can we learn to empower each other so that we each are able to exert our full potential and therefore contribute to the betterment of society?

What We Do

Embracing a social justice lens within an organization is a process. We provide support with a unique perspective to help organizations think about what can be done differently in the workplace. Learn about our skills and references from companies we have worked with.

Learning by doing, in a variety of settings, can be helpful for diverse groups of people to find their voice. The work we do provides practical life experience to students of all ages through the assistance of devoted community-building leaders willing to share hands-on experience.

We all have a story to tell. We hope to be a resource for sharing a wide range of voices and experiences– read or listen to storytelling from talented individuals from diverse communities via these videos, podcasts, and articles. Have a story to share? Reach out!

We provide organic products from our community garden and beehives, and also are happy to set up trainings that will help anyone willing to develop their farming skills. All of us can grow food– all it takes is practice and a little bit of help. We are here for you!

Our Organic Farm includes:
